November 1, 2015 … Hitzacker – A solution has been found for the whole business operation of Frank Sieber GmbH. As disclosed by Boris Freiherr von dem Bussche, Senior Partner at BŞB Rechtsanwälte and insolvency administrator, a few days ago negotiations with investors have been successfully concluded. The BOLTUN Group, Tainan/Taiwan, has taken over all the immaterial and material assets of the company and will keep the company name. The purchase price remains confidential by agreement. However, von dem Bussche expressed satisfaction that the purchase price adequately reflects the strategic value of the Company’s potential. BOLTUN is expected to maintain the development and production site in Hitzacker and to retain all of the employees.
